Who are we?
Well firstly, we’re a family. A dad and his two boys.
I’m Angus, the Yoga instructor who despite my enormous love of Scotland, moved away to be with my Aussie wife. The day I left Scotland to move to Aus, I literally felt a piece of my heart staying in my incredible homeland.
I cannot tell you what it means to me to be able to head back and show you our country from a local’s knowledge and to be able to intertwine Yoga throughout is so special.
And luckily enough my Dad, Iain and my younger brother, Lewis run a Luxury eco-friendly Tour Company, called “The Highland Tour Co.”

My ethos around food is really simple - I love it!
At our retreat, food is more than just nourishment—it’s a comforting embrace after a long day.
Every dish is lovingly homemade, packed with heart and flavor, and celebrates the beauty of simple, wholesome ingredients.
While it’s not vegan (been there, done that vibes), our meals are crafted to feel like home, with hearty, satisfying options that bring people together around the dining table.
Think fresh-baked breads, slow-cooked goodness, and a whole lot of love in every bite.
Here’s a sample menu of what a day on retreat might look like -
Breakfast:
Homemade muesli with creamy yoghurts and seasonal fruit
Freshly baked caraway beetroot loaf with butter
Warm banana bread
Lunch:
Warming carrot and pumpkin spice soup served with crusty sourdough bread
Dinner:
Slow-cooked chicken laksa curry with fragrant jasmine rice
Chocolate Mousse

I mean on our Retreats, Yoga is almost an added bonus to the incredible location and the soul-nourishing food (and wine!)
My teachings on retreat are often grounded in the notion of Rest and how important these sort of breaks are.
Less is definitely more.
Every practice is beginner friendly and everything is your choice.
